West End Medical Practice Will Close Permanently on Friday 6th February 2026

This decision has not been made lightly. It has been a privilege to be a small part of your lives since 1998. The doctors and team wish you good health in 2026 and beyond.

Your medical records will be transferred to Sinnamon Park Medical Centre (07 32790444 ) shortly after we close. 

Dr John Ruberry’s last day at the practice will be Friday 6th February. He will be taking time away from general practice but will be available for telephone consultations at Sinnamon Park Medical Centre from 9th February to finalise any outstanding  medical matters and to transfer your records to the practice of your choice.

Dr Susan Andersen’s last day at the practice will be Wednesday 21st January. She will be taking some time away from general practice.

Dr Cara Jefferies’ last day at the practice will be Thursday 29th January. She will continue practicing at Sinnamon Park Medical Centre going forward.
